Classes and Schedule

Classes start with a strong basis of technique, based on both Turkish and Egyptian dance styles. Students not only learn the technical side of this exhilarating dance form, we also have tons of fun,  and, for the fitness minded student, we provide a great workout.SAMSUNG

Students wanting something different can try out one of our Fusion classes as well.

Do I need to know anything specific or have previous dance experience? No, not at all. We start by teaching basic steps, breaking down complex steps , then working towards polishing technique and doing more complex steps.

Mondays:
Time: 18:15 – 19:15
Class info: Back Strengthening Class – Easy, simple exercises to improve back posture, strength and any persisting back problems. Classes are slow, gentle and take steps to care for your back while alleviating any pain. Effects are a good, strong back, improved posture and a totally relaxed feeling.

Class info: Belly Fitness – A class designed to get you fit by doing intensified belly dance exercises, movements and combinations. We work towards pushing the heart rate up, building lean muscle and shedding centimeters. Guaranteed to be a high cardio workout without your feet having to leave the ground. Break out into a sweat, while still being very feminine.

Tuesdays:

Class Info: Combination Class – A fun class for all levels where we explore combinations as well as choreography (set dance) to help students with their dance development.

Wednesdays:

Class info: Beginner Belly – Classes start with a strong basis of technique, based on both Turkish and Egyptian dance styles; and Ladies Latin Workouts – Routines of Latin workouts such as Salsa, Cha-cha, Rumba and Samba bound to get the heart pumping and the muscles working.

Class info: Belly Fitness – A class designed to get you fit by doing intensified belly dance exercises, movements and combinations. Break out into a sweat, while still being very feminine. Perfect to add to your variety of gym workouts.
